Report fraud
This site exists to put DOL Labor Condition Application data in public view — by ZIP, city, employer flag, and street worksite — so H-1B dependent and willful-violator patterns are not buried in disclosure files. That is exposing fraud with the government’s own records.
What to send the Inspector General
- Employer name, worksite address, and ZIP if you have them
- What you saw (benching, wage kickbacks, fake job shops, unauthorized work, threats)
- Dates, screenshots, LCAs, or public records — do not break the law to collect them
- Threats against people who already published evidence
